(An-Naml) 27 : 2
هُدًى وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
A Guidance and Herald for the believers.
Even though Adhikr is revealed as Guidance and Criterion for the whole of mankind, the believer will only consider It as the Guidance and Herald. See explanation 2: 2, 38; 16: 64 and 89.
